The latest iPhone 8 is the most powerful phone Apple has ever released.
But it has an unusual design: a giant iPhone with a single notch.
The notch is there for aesthetic reasons, but there’s nothing special about it.
In fact, many smartphone makers have used it for years without any major aesthetic changes, and the iPhone has been doing it for decades.
Why the notch?
The notch has been around for years.
Apple first came up with the design in 2007 and has used it ever since.
“It was designed for two reasons,” says Chris Farr, Apple’s senior vice president of design.
“The first one is because we wanted to be able to have an app on the phone, which was an iPhone.
So we wanted an icon to be on the right of the screen.
And the second reason is because the notch is really useful.”
Farr says that the notch has a lot to do with the iPhone 8’s design, as it was one of the first phones to include a fingerprint sensor.
The fingerprint sensor is an optional accessory that’s now standard on all new iPhones, and it’s one of Apple’s biggest selling points.
Apple has a long history of making iPhones with unique designs, and Apple has always wanted to create an iPhone that people would love to use, Farr adds.
“I think it was just the right time to do it.”
The notch’s design isn’t limited to the iPhone.
Apple also has used the notch for a few other accessories, including a headphone jack, a 3.5mm audio jack, and an optical audio connector.
It’s not entirely clear why Apple has used a single, large notch for the iPhone, but it’s possible that the iPhone’s design team wanted to keep things simple.
Apple says that its iPhone design team was working on several other ideas, but no decisions were made to go with the notch.
It may not be a bad thing.
When it comes to the design of a new iPhone, the design team usually wants to do things that aren’t quite as obvious, FARR says.
For example, in Apple’s iPhone 7, there was a design decision to use a small, flat “S” shape.
That could be interpreted as “somewhat flat” but it also had a different effect.
“If you put a different shape, that would make it look more like the other two sides of the phone,” Farr explains.
The iPhone 7 also had some interesting touches that weren’t on the iPhone 7’s design.
For instance, the camera button has a slight curved design, which is unusual for an iPhone, Fars says.
The camera button also had an interesting curve.
“We knew that people were going to see that we had an edge to it and we wanted people to have that sense of confidence that the camera is on the side of the device.”
Fars explains that Apple’s camera team also made a few subtle changes to the edge of the camera.
Apple’s phones use a special sensor to record video.
The sensor captures the light bouncing off objects and then splits the light into a series of tiny pixels.
When a photo is taken, the light bounces off a few pixels, creating a unique image.
This is the part that is captured by the camera, and Fars likens it to how you might think of a fingerprint scanner on a smartphone.
“What we did with the fingerprint scanner was create a different way to take photos,” he says.
“So instead of the cameras being able to see it, we actually had it detect the difference between the two.”
The iPhone X’s camera also uses a special camera chip to capture photos.
Farr describes the difference as “a little bit of a curve.”
When you look at a phone’s screen, you see a single image, so you can see the difference.
But the difference can be subtle.
Fars calls the iPhone X camera “very subtle,” and he believes it’s due to the different chip.
“Our chip, it’s not going to be that big,” he explains.
“But it’s a little bit different than what we did on the previous iPhone.
And that’s because of the difference in the way the sensors are connected to the chip.”
In other words, the iPhone is actually a very tiny camera chip, but Apple is using it to take lots of photos, which makes the iPhone feel small.
So what does it mean for the design?
Farr thinks that the design will likely continue to evolve as iPhone 8 comes out, but the new design could eventually go the way of the iPhone 3GS.
“You can think of it as a small evolution,” Fars adds.
It could also lead to a more subtle design.
The original iPhone design was very obvious.
“People will just see the notch,” Far says.
And he believes that the new iPhone design could be more subtle.
“There’s a lot of people that say it’s like the
