The best wireless Internet connection is one that provides a consistent, strong signal at all times, and one that can keep up with all your mobile devices.
This means that when you’re on a plane, your mobile device will work as a WiFi Hotspot, but if you’re traveling on a bus, a tablet, or an airplane, you’ll want a signal that’s not so reliable.
Here’s how to turn WiFi into a hotspot.
Install an Android device into your car or other mobile device and plug it into your vehicle’s USB port.
You may need to install a second Android device if your car’s wireless network is a wired one.
Plug your USB port into your home or other connected device.
Turn on the USB port of your car, and wait until it starts to connect.
Tap on the “WiFi” icon in the bottom right corner.
On the next screen, select “Enable WiFi hotspots.”
Tap “Connect” at the bottom of the screen.
Wait until your phone’s wireless signal is clear and stable.
Tap the “Save” button.
After the phone connects, tap the “OK” button on the screen and wait for it to finish.
On your home screen, tap on “Wi-Fi.”
On a desktop, tap “Settings.”
Scroll down to “Network.”
Tap and hold on the Wi-Fi icon to open the Network Settings.
From here, tap your router’s name to open up the WiFi Router Settings.
Tap Wi-FI on the list of options, then tap “Add.”
Select the “Add a Hotspot.”
From this screen, scroll to the “Advanced” tab.
In the “Internet Protocol” section, tap “+” to add the address to the network.
You’ll need to add an IP address as well.
Tap “+” again to add a port number.
Tap a “yes” on the next step.
Tap your router settings on the left to open “Wi’Fi Security” on your computer.
Enter the address of your new Wi-fi network and click “Add” at that time.
The Internet Connection is now active.
You can turn your car into a wireless hotspot, by going into your phone settings.
Tap On/off your car and make sure it’s connected.
Tap into your mobile phone’s signal and make your phone a WiFi Host.
Now you can connect your phone to your computer through your laptop, phone, or tablet.
